Laying on the bathroom floor, totally wrecked by the stomach bug, I had thoughs like this: "when I get over this, I'm going to give this floor the best deep clean it's ever seen, I think my diet needs to improve drastically-- no more refined sugars, more emphasis on green veggies, I need to get more excercise." Now that I'm throgh it, I feel like a new woman, except for the fact that I've got a very sick little girl, it's her turn now, I'm ready to step out in a healthy direction. The yin-yang thing. You don't know good health without the bad.
